Rajasthan HC Row Escalates: Acting CJ Sharma Denies Justice Mehta’s Charges As 'Baseless' & 'Vindictive'

Rajasthan HC Acting Chief Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma has denied allegations of corruption, nepotism, favouritism and administrative lapses levelled by Supreme Court Justice Sandeep Mehta, calling them “baseless” and “vindictive”. Sharma said he submitted an evidence-backed rebuttal to CJI Surya Kant and will present his case publicly with permission.
